HOW IT HAPPENS...

Toddler|Preschool Group Package- (18 Months +) 

  • Online Intake Assessment Form:

    • This will include in depth questions and history about your family and child. This will give me all the details to be sure I have left no stone un-turned when it meeting your families needs. 

  • Weekly Training's Via Marco Polo Channels App:

    • Each week, for 6 weeks, I will be showing up via video multiple times a week to discuss the important sleep topics we will be tackling each week.

  • Establishing & Conquering Sleep Goals:

    • This will include a game plan that establishes a foundation for healthy sleep for your child, which includes age-appropriate sleep needs and routines. The goals will also include setting up age appropriate wake windows, finding the perfect nap time and length, creating the right sleeping environment, strategies to encourage sleep, avoiding bedtime battles, crib to big boy/girl bed transition, safety features to implement now that your child is mobile in their room, keeping and staying in their bed, the right methods to fit your baby and family's needs and common sleep issues that can be easily avoided moving forward.

  • Access to my Educational Sleep Support Documents: 

    • These detailed documents address sleep hormones, sleep environment, naps & nap transitions, wake time chart, bedtime routine chart, specific techniques and methods to use for this age group, how to conquer fears and worries at this age, handling bumps in the sleep road, yay or nay foods to ensure you are set up for future success.

  • 6 Weeks Of Support Via Marco Polo Channels App:

    • You will be able to access the group and information 24/7. I will check in daily with your comments, questions and concerns. 

  • Continued Access To Me: 

    • Through the Marco Polo Channel App during the program. If you have questions or need someone to cheer you on as you go through this season of life, I will be there every step along this journey.
